The top 3 things that people will face when they are working

Time flies, From a status from student become employed. When we start to work, things changed because what we face now is the real world, not like what we used to past through in the university life or secondary school life. There is few things that lot of my friends approached thing and they have the common problem:

1.) Looking for a job that suitable for them

 Ok, when talk about this there will be a lot to share. I remember one of my friend approached me and ask me to introduce a job to him/her. The first question I ask is, what kind of job are you looking for?

Mostly most of their answer is:

a.) Flexible time, at least RM2800 basic, 5 days works, not office job, no paper work, no sales 

b.) High salary and easy job

lot of times, a lot of people look for a job but they dont know why they look for a job. Sometimes, people just tend to look for easy job but they expect people to pay more than that. Imagine, you dont want office job, you dont want outdoor job, you dont want sales job, dont wan paper work... so what you can do? Be a boss, but are you risk taker? How many of you are risk takers? We will talk about it later but right now we will focus on how to look for a job. Actually my advice for you guys when you are looking for a suitable job is:

a.) find something you like , if you dont make yourself love a job

b.)Know your strength, a lot of people dont know what is their strength thats why they are confuse when they are looking for a job and some of them dont even know what they want to do.

c.)sometimes the salary is high as basic, but please imagine this work is acceptable for you to work for 10 years 20 years? somme job might be high salary but you learn ntg and ur value will be remain the same even u work for 20 years. Some of the job might start with low salary but with certain amount of effort you learn alot and ur value increase in future.

d.)Choose the right boss

e.) Choose the small company instead of big company because you will learn lot of different things in a small company. In a big company you will just learn about the structure of a business

f.) I will strongly recommend people to start their job as a Sales Person because you will learn a lot as a sales person ( try to observe the whole process instead of just focus on sales)

But the main thing is, you must love what you are doing because a lot of people aim for high salary but they dont know what the hell they are doing and we can see they complaining everyday, please imagine that thing going to run for long run. ( please take note that you will have family in future is that job salary acceptable for now how about in future?) I will suggest to work in the enviroment that able to increase the value of yourself

2.) Salary too low, dont want to work

Sometimes I realize a lot of people are just focusing on salary, but did you ever ask yourself how much you worth? Think about it guys, if you are a boss in a company will you hire someone useless with high salary? Dont worry about the salary because the company will give you the salary you want you are worthy enoiugh, who will want to give up a candidate that can help a company to become better and better? (remember to keep value on yourself in a company in order to make sure you are safe) My advi ce to you is, before talk about salary, talk about what you can do.

3.)Feeling boring and nothing much to do in a company, feeling want to quit

Hmmm, first thing I need to ask, why you feel boring? WHat did you do in your company? thats why I keep mention is depends on how you look at your own job, if you are just thinking that you are working then you sure feel nothing to do because you will do ntg after you finish your jobscope. My advice to you is, when you free try to observe how a company run and what is they way to help company get better. Because when you think you are working you will never enjoy your work. Just for your information,most of the job is boring after you doing it for 3 months or half year because daily routine job. Thats why  I keep mentioned, think about the job that you are doing is going to be same in 10 years or more, can  you accept it? 

Actually my advice to the people who are working is please find some work that you love in it instead of looking at the salary. Instead of doing nothing, find something that can increase your value.
